The President of Global Catalyst & Process Technology, PLLC, Dr. M. Edward Morrison, is active as Expert Witness
in cases involving oil refining, petrochemicals manufacture, oil and chemical products as well as materials used in these industries such as catalysts, recycling or
reclamation of catalysts, process licensing, engineering, process chemicals or related areas. Dr. Morrison is a registered Professional Engineer. He received his Ph. D. in Chemical
Engineering through investigations in chemical kinetics from the California Institute of Technology in 1965. Dr. Morrison is the author of over thirty papers and presentations, and is a member of
honoraria's Tau Beta Pi, Phi Lambda Upsilon, Phi Eta Sigma, and Sigma Xi. He also received the Department of the Air Force Scientific Acheivement Award, Office of Aerospace Research Technical
Acheivement Award, and Office of Aerospace Research (USAF) Junior Officer of the year Award for 1969 for aircraft fuels research. After serving in the United States Air Force he joined a major multinational
specialty chemicals firm, AKZO-NOBEL, in 1969. Dr. Morrison held various positions in research, plant management, new business development, strategic planning and acquisitions until 1977, at which time
he was appointed Vice President and General Manager of the North American Catalyst Group. Initially the Group consisted of maufacturing, marketing, and research for hydrotreating catalysts. However, during the
ensuing decade manufacturing, marketing, and research organizations were added for fluid catalytic cracking (FCC) and specialty catalysts. He was also a member of the Board of a regeneration and catalyst services
company, Eurecat U.S. Inc., from 1982 through 1990. In 1991 Dr. Morrison joined a major refining and petrochemical licensing firm, IFP, as Vice President of Sales and Technical Service for North America and
continued in that capacity until 1998. This worldwide organization offered most refining and petrochemical process technologies and catalysts to the industry for licensing. Global Catalyst & Process Technology
